The Cinema Consortium Digital Project is a digital capacity-building project, funded by an Arts Council Capacity Building Grant, for the five film organisations in receipt of Arts Council Strategic Funding:

- Galway Film Fleadh
- Cork International Film Festival
- Dublin International Film Festival
- access Cinema
The project is led by digital consultant Jean O’Brien, with support from a range of digital experts.
One of the central pillars of the project is to review how the organisations report on digital activities, and to agree a central reporting framework among the five organisations.
To achieve this goal, alongside digital expert, Jean O’Brien, we have developed this Digital Reporting Charter for the Consortium to use in our reporting to the Arts Council.
