‘The Deepest Breath’ invites viewers to plunge into the world of extreme sport, freediving, where competitors push their bodies to the limits without the aid of scuba gear. This acclaimed documentary follows Alessia Zecchini, an ambitious Italian freediver, as she sets her sights on shattering a world record in this awe-inspiring discipline.
The film delves into the intense physical and mental preparation required for such a feat, as well as the inherent risks associated with pushing the boundaries of human capability.
